We collect your information as detailed below: You will need to register to access certain areas of our Platform. During the registration process, you will be asked to provide personal information (including your name and address, email address, and phone number). By entering your information in the required fields, you allow us to provide you with the selected services. If you make any purchases online, we will collect information such as purchase data and relevant payment information. We will also collect personal information in any contact you have with us (for example, if you contact us with an inquiry about any of our products or services). If you choose to interact with Hebra through a social media platform or other third-party services, we will collect the information you provide through that platform.

You can withdraw that consent at any time (for example, receiving marketing communications) by contacting us (see the section titled "Contact" below). We also process your information when it is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or when necessary for our legitimate interests in operating, protecting, and improving our business.
Retention of Information
We retain your information only as long as necessary for our purposes and, in particular, to protect ourselves in the event of a legal claim (for example, information relating to a contract will be retained for the duration of the contract and up to ten years thereafter). After that period, it will be deleted or, in some cases, anonymized. When we obtain your consent to process your personal information and have no other lawful basis for continuing that processing, if you subsequently withdraw your consent, we will delete your personal information.
If you request that we no longer send you direct marketing communications, we will maintain a record of your request and contact details to ensure your request is fulfilled.

If you have any concerns about how we use your information, please contact us using the data provided below, and we will do our best to address your concern. After investigating the issue you submit to us, we will respond in writing within a reasonable time, outlining our proposed course of action to remedy the situation. If you believe that we have processed your personal information in an unlawful manner or in violation of your rights, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a European Data Protection Authority in your place of residence or work, or in the jurisdiction where the processing took place.
Refunds
You may return a product purchased through the Sales Channels to receive a refund, provided that the return complies with these Sales Terms, especially the Right of Cancellation and the Return Process.
If the return meets these Sales Terms, as a general rule, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method used by the buyer in the initial transaction within thirty (30) days from receiving the notification of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or the buyer has provided evidence of having returned the product according to the conditions for returning a product, whichever occurs first. The initial shipping costs (if any were incurred) will be refunded, except in cases where a non-standard delivery option was originally chosen, in which case the additional costs (where applicable) will not be refundable.
Product Exchanges
You may return a product purchased through the Sales Channels to exchange it for another one of our products, provided that the return complies with these Sales Terms, especially the Right of Cancellation and the Return Process.
In any case, the sale of the returned product will be canceled, and a new order must be placed for the desired product.
